2. Bag and Store Perishable Food, Medications, and Supplements

3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.
4. Vacate Accordingly

I wanted to confirm with you that all windows including sliding glass doors must be in an open position during fumigation on the morning of 01/242/023?
I want to confirm Oakridge Townhomes property management has made arragements to have 24 hour onsite security guard service during the fumigation process (01/24/2023 thru 01/26/2023).
Hello, please explain how the satellite dishes on the roofs will be handled during the fumigation? What happens if they are damaged during the fumigation for example, knocked down or broken?
If I leave my key in a lock box on my door on January 24th, will my key be placed back in the lock box Friday January 26th after the fumigation is complete or place by the stove?
Hey Velma. Normally, we tent around the base of the dish, leaving it exposed while covering the building. If it needs to be serviced after the fumigation, you’d have to call your service provider. We will return your key to your lockbox at the end of the fumigation.

Hey Jennifer. Thanks for letting us know. We’ll be sure to have someone show up to your home early on fumigation day. Expect them to arrive anywhere between 7am and 8am.

I only have 2 fish in my tank, can you ask the inspector if I could leave a note on tank to leave alone is ok…or send me papers to waiver…

FYI, there is a feral cat that lives on the property (approximately 10 years). I do not beleive the cat can be caught as she does not get close to humans. Please advise what steps should be taken to ensure the cat’s safety.
Hey Thomas. Thanks for pointing that out. We strongly advise that the cat be caught and relocated to a safe place prior to the fumigation. Our crews will not be able to remove the cat themselves.
