3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.
4. Vacate Accordingly

Is there a time on Fri. 7/5 that we need to vacate by?
Hey Diana. It may be as early as 8am, but we won’t have a specific time window of the crew’s arrival until the evening before. We will send out an email to you with that information.
It is better to provide the information on video on print
I rather be present at star and end for inspection than leaving my key with someone
Items in the fridge and freezer also have to be double bagged. Having a key is a legal requirement for any fumigation in California. You are welcome to set up wifi cameras in your home. We can send you a bundle of handouts with all the prep instructions by requesting them via email to fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com.
