3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

I have a pet parrot. Are there any concerns or bad outcomes reported after Vikane fumigation?
Hi Linda. The building will be clear for your bird to return after the fumigation. No additional precautions are necessary.
I have a safe in my unit which was there when I bought the unit 10 years ago. I don’t know how to open it and it has never been opened by me. What to do about that?
Hi David. We recommend you have a locksmith go out to open prior to the fumigation. The state will not allow us to proceed with the fumigation if it cannot be inspected.
