3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

How can we arrange to pick up more bags? We probably need an additional 10 bags. Please advise
Hi Mara. More bags are being delivered today during business hours. Otherwise you can come to our office in Irvine to pick up a set.
Hello, my name is Mary Deperine and I live in unit 318. For some reason my bags were not received. I noticed everyone had bags but mine were missing. Could I somehow be reissued bags without charge.?
Hi Mary. We will have bags dropped off to your doorstep tomorrow during the day.
Does food that is sealed from the manufacturer need to be placed in bags? Things like sealed cans, sealed cereal, etc.?
Even if the factory seal is intact, items must be removed or double bagged. This includes cereal, pasta, rice, etc. The only exceptions are glass containers and metal cans. Glass bottles or jars and steel or aluminum cans can stay as is if they they have never been opened.
The gas will be shut off for the building. If so, our hot water pilot light will automatically be shut down?
Hey Tom. That’s correct. SoCal Gas will handle all shutoffs and restores.
Hello – commercial unit #190 – American Marine Insurance.
We noted that we would leave the key under a carpet. However since this is a commercial unit, can we arrange for someone to obtain it sooner? Also, our doors can only be locked via a key both inside and out – not a deadbolt. Will need to review to ensure we can obtain the keys back after.

We are in an office space at 2600 NewportBlvd, #154. I would like to make arrangements to drop off an office key on Thursday January 9 if possible since we do not have a mat or a door handle for a lock box.

There will be 24 hours security patrol by two security personnel. They will be constantly monitoring the property and doing fire watch.

I signed for 2600 Newport blvd #221 because there was no option for our actual address which is 2700 Newport blvd #221. Can you please confirm we are good to go for the fumigation? We don’t want to get penalized.
Hey Andrei. Thanks for pointing that out. Please send your full address to fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com. We’ll have our IT team review the error along with communnity management. The roster we received does not include #221 for building 2700.
