NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

Should small plastic storage boxes be left open to prevent the accumulation of trapped gas?
Hi Elena. Doing so would speed up ventilation, but leaving them as is will also not be a problem.

My unit is renter occupied. I’m not able to sign for him. So there are two fields on the form that are incomplete, and therefore It will not allow me to complete the form. What do you suggest?
Hi Paul. Thanks for pointing that out. You can mark both check boxes on the signature line regardless. What’s important is that we have contact info for someone that can answer for the unit. If you are still having trouble please email us at fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com.

Hello there. We have a safe in our closet in 11183 Unit #33, Do I have to leave it open for you to inspect for any food items? Can I take a picture inside the safe & forward you the photo? Or does Accurate termite pest control representative come out to inspect? However it is convenient for you.

Hey Rod. We do have to take a first person look at the contents of the safe. A photo will not suffice. A rep will be at your home on fumigation day to do a quick inspection. It should take no more than a minute.
Okay. The lock box will be on the window sill. We will check into a hotel earlier, on Sunday, June 8th & won’t be @ home that day. The alarm will go off if left open. Could the rep come out a two days earlier Saturday, June 7th to inspect?

Hi Rod. Unfortunately the inspection has to be done on fumigation day. If you can’t be there, we recommend you removed the contents and leave the safe open while leaving the alarm disconnected.
What time will the fumigation crew be there on Monday, June 9th? We will try to be there to open the safe before they tent the building # 11183 @ 8:00 a.m. Thanks for your help.
