If we want to set our alarm, please remind us when we can set them and when we need to turn them off. Thank you.
Hey Allison. Alarms can be armed at 9pm on Tuesday evening or later and must be disarmed by 6am on Thursday morning.
How do we get mail? I have a FedEx coming Tuesday night with Medication that needs to be taken that night for a procedure early Wednesday
What do I do!
Hey Christina. I’m sorry for the situation this puts you in. We unfortunately would not have anyone available to receive your delivery. If possible, I suggest diverting your delivery to an alternate address or intercepting your package prior to its planned destination.
Does unopened corked wine sitting in a wine fridge need to be double bagged?
Hey Brandon. If the wine bottle have never been opened by the consumer, they do not have to be double bagged.
Hello Ozzie, I submitted my unit’s relevant info to you guys and sent a text to your phone. Just wondering if you’ve gotten either? I will be without internet some of time between now and when it’s over. Thanks! -Li
Hi Li. I haven’t gotten any texts. It’s best if you email it to fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com
Hello Ozzie
I am sorry I could not get to the video conversation during our zoom call on May 14th.
Please share your phone number incase I have any questions.
Thank you.
Hey Amina. My number is 949-284-6201.
I have a filing cabinet inside my master bedroom closet containing important documents.
My preference is to lock it up during the fumigation process.
Please let me know what are my options.
Hey Amina. We will have someone reach out via email.
Just double-checking that glass bottles sealed with only a bottle cap DO NOT need to be bagged for this fumigation?
As long as the factory seal is intact, glass containers can stay as is.
I was able to acquire additional Nylofume bags to complete the necessary bagging in my unit (404). Is this forum the only place I need to notify Accurate of these, or do I also need to call or e-mail?
Hey Carolyn. This is fine. Thanks for letting us know!
How are you able to lock the keys we provided inside the unit?
Hey Bill. We will either lock the door from the inside and close it behind us as we leave, or we will use your key to lock up and push the key through the threshold.
