I need to modify my phone contact number because there is an error. How could I make the change?
714-XXXX instead of 714-XXXX
Hi Kang. We have updated our records manually. However, to correct it on your form you would have to resubmit the form using the correct information.
Hey Ozzie, thanks so much for the entertaining presentation!
We’ve got a couple questions that would be easier to discuss on the phone, would you be able to give me a call at (949) 555-XXXX?
Thanks!
Hey Josh. It was great speaking with you guys!
Thanks Ozzie! But are we allowed to be back in the office and see patients before the gas company comes on Monday? I think I remember the video stating the window for the gass company was between 12pm-6pm?
That’s a good question! Let me work on getting further clarification for you in regards to what Monday morning is going to look like, but I think you’d be fine to conduct business as normal. Once I get further details I’ll be sure to send word out to everyone.
Hi! A few questions:
1. Are we required to open the windows? Or do you guys open them?
2. Should we double bag our IV bags?
3. Opened liquid cleaning products? Okay to leave as is or double bag?
4. If the end of our fumigation is on Sunday the 19th, will the gas company be coming on that day? Or on Monday the 20th?
Hi Tamara. You do not need to leave windows open. Fumigators will open as needed. Yes, please be sure to remove or double-bag any IV fluids. Cleaning products can stay as is. The ga company will be retrunign on Monday to restore service to the meters. I hope this helps!
We are a dental office…we use cotton rolls, plastics, toothpaste and floss, which are not edible, but are used in mouths. Do those things all need to be double bagged? Also, we have large metal nitrous and oxygen tanks that can be turned off, but not moved without contacting the vendor. Do those tanks need to be removed?
Hi Karly. All the non-edible items you mentioned are ok to leave as is, even if they are to be used orally without being ingested. The large metal nitrous and oxygen tanks can also remain as assuming the valves remain shut.
