Hi, I’m an owner at the Beverly Lencrest. I have a couple of questions. Do we lock our door before we leave our unit?
As I don’t have a lock box, a door mat, or a combination door locking system, I’m just going to tape the key to the door.
Also, is 8:00 am still the time we need to vacate tomorrow morning. You’d said in the informational video that we would be given an update on evacuation time the day before the treatment commences.
Hi Rachel. Sorry for not seeing your message sooner. Leaving your home locked up when you leave is fine as long as you left a key for us. The crew has not reported any problems with access.
I changed my unit access information and while doing this I noticed that I am able to select any unit and then possibly change the option for that unit. If that happens by mistake, the affected unit, or in fact both, will be fined which is not right since your application has led this to happen. Apparently I’ve not tried to prove this! Please let me know how you avoid this problem. Also, after changing my unit access information I did not receive confirmation notification. Basically the notification should get the approval from email recipient to make sure change is made by the same unit. Also, please let us know how we can see what is our unit current selected access option. Thanks
Hi Mansour. Thanks for pointing that out. Anytime someone updates their key info, it makes an added note without removing old information. It’s designed this way for such cases or if someone updated our notes without updating their locks. Please email us at fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com to see exactly what we have on file for your unit.
Hi Ozzie, thanks for your explanations. It is fine to be able to inquire the latest option but this is not unit owner responsibility to prevent mistakes I mentioned before. This should be the application capability, and as a result Accurate responsibility, to make sure changes made to this critical information İs made by the unit owner only. I recommend you initiate a change request to remove this application vulnerability.
Hi Mansour. Thanks for your feedback. I’ll be sure to bring this up to our IT department.
Is everyone supposed to have the post office hold their mail during the fumigation time? Also, how does UPS, FedEx, Amazon handle their deliveries when they show up and the building is tented.
Hey Michael. Calling the post office to hold mail is optional. They usually do this by default once they see the tents. However, we don’t know how UPS, FedEx, Amazon will handle deliveries. We recommend holding or diverting deliveries if possible.
