Ozzie – can we leave keys to our storage units w our house keys or do we have to prop them all open ?

Also I am now using a lockbox not a code. I sent an email detailing this but haven’t heard back did you get it ?

    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Samantha. We cannot take storage keys. The storage compartments will have to stay unlocked or propped open. We’ll double check for you email and confirm once received.

I have a water cooler in my unit and I wanted to know if it will be safe to use when I return? Does it need to be cleaned or sanitized after the fumigation?

    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Christian. The water cooler can stay as is. No need to clean or disinfect it after the fumigation.

Hey Ozzie! Really specific question for you… do we need to bag things like factory sealed plastic bottles (ie. Heinz Ketchup), unopened sauce packets, unopened bags of potato chips, etc? I know we’re good on factory-sealed glass, but just wanted to double-check for plastic, etc – thanks!

    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Kassie! Anything in a plastic bag (chips, crackers, jerky, etc.) must be removed or double bagged in the Nylofume material we provided.

Hi Ozzie – this is Alex from unit 304. I am out of the country but have some friends/maintenance guy helping with this. I’ve been out of the country since this was announced.

My unit is on a key code and I heard on the webinar that it might get reset. Is there a high probability of that? If so, my friends will be completely locked out and I will leave a key under the mat. That will not fully lock door well but if you guys are also locking during that time it should be fine.

Also, I will open the storage unit and leave my car with windows down and trunk up. Food is already packed by maintenance guy.

Just wanted to confirm that I didn’t miss anything major. I did watch the video but this is super tough while in a completely different time zone so just wanted to circle back.

Hi Alex. As far as your code being reset, it doesn’t happen often. Having a physical key is always best, but we can work with whatever you prefer. It sounds like you’re all set within the home and in the garage. Feel free to reach out any time if you still have questions.

Can we leave the front door access code and also leave a key for the back door as a back up in case it doesn’t work?
