2. Bag and Store Perishable Food, Medications, and Supplements
See a list of food items that need to be bagged and bagging instructions below.

3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.
4. Vacate Accordingly

My comments keep disappearing. I have two unopened bags of pet kibble food. Do I need to bag them in the bags you provided?

Please cite California code or law that I have to grant unsupervised access for three days to my unit by providing a key to management. Also, please cite California code or law that I must submit to an inspection of my security containers contents. Also will there be 24 hour security on site? I attended the Tuesday webinar for Country Club Condos. If there are weapons in house and not in a box is that a problem? I am sure they should be locked up but my 96 year old mother is stubborn.
Do ALL plants HAVE to be removed?
I will do my best to do everything on the list for bagging, but will apologize if something is “hidden” because as I said my 96 year old mother lives there and may have forgotten she put something here or there.

Hi Tiffany. We always recommend removing weapons and any valuables from the home, whether they are locked or not. Plants do not have to be removed, but we encourage moving them to the pool area. We have your form on file. You’re all set!
