I need to talk with someone to give them my lockbox code for my unit at ***.
PLEASE HELP!!
If we have to leave before Dec 11 (that is, we will be out of the apartment on Dec 10th) is that ok? Is there anything we need to do? Door is controled by keypad. Thanks
Hey GJ. Leaving before fumigation day is fine. As long as the door code we have works and all your food is gone or double bagged, you’re all set.
I have a locked storage cabinet against the back wall of the garage area for my unit (306) in the ALLEYWAY of the building (not the main garage). I assume Accurate will need to inspect this as well. Again, I don’t live on site (out of state) and the keys are with me. I can mail my tenant the keys to facilitate access to the storage unit, and remove or bag anything as needed.
In a separate comment thread, I noted the need to schedule a save inspection for my fire safe in the unit. I request that this inspection for the garage storage locker be conducted at the same time as the safe inspection.
Please advise if there is anything else I or my tenant should know related to this inspection.
My safe is exclusively for documents and heirlooms. There is absolutely NOTHING that is consumable and NOTHING which could possibly even remotely be misconstrued as consumable. I don’t live on premises; my unit (306) is occupied by tenants. Is an inspection actually necessary in this circumstance? It would be better for all partied to waive this. Please advise, thanks.
Hi John. Yes, inspection is mandated by law before we can proceed with the fumigation. There is unfortunately no option to waive this or any part of the safety inspection. Otherwise we would not be allowed to proceed with the fumigation according to state regulations.
Alright, I understand. In that case I would like to proceed with officially notifying Accurate of the need for a safe inspection in unit 306. What are the scheduling options for completing this?
My tenant and I are connecting this afternoon/evening to coordinate to-do’s based on the webinar yesterday.
how do we get the bags and how many will we get?
Hey Debra. The bags will be dropped off at your doorstep this coming weekend. Each household will receive 20 individual bags giving you 10 sets of food storage.
