3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

Ozzie, owner text thread is a bit confused – website says move-in is 12pm today, but your reply above says 2pm (and I think one of the onsite workers said 2pm also). Which time is correct? A number of us have things planned around move-in time
Hi Dave. I apologize for the confusion. We had to asked for the return time to be pushed back to ensure full and proper ventilation of such a large building. Your community us safe and ready for your return.
Can you please give us an update what the project entailed on Oct 21st other than tenting? Were the buildings fumigated yesterday also?
Will our front doors be locked today and onwards?

Hi Monjour. Doors are locked until the final inspection on Wednesday morning. The buildings were fumigated and will be ready for your return at 2pm on the 23rd.
The 15 days ahead of time will be over a weekend, so will the bags be delivered on 10/4?

Hey Susanne. Yes, bags will be delivered this coming weekend.
We will not be available for SDGE to turn on the pilot on the last day (12-6 pm) . Do we need to wait after fumigation to call , or can we call ahead to schedule it?
Hi Walid. You would have to call to reschedule your appointment or to provide a door code for them to service your home in your absence.
Just to confirm what was discussed at the webinar, if SDGE comes btwn 12-2 on Oct. 23rd, Accurate will be on site to provide access to our units. After 2 pm, we will have to arrange for access ourselves. Is that correct?
Hi Rebecca. You are correct. We will have someone on site to assist with SDGE between 12pm and 2pm. After 2pm, you would need to have someone home.
Will tenting cover our front patios and rear patios, or will the tent be run along the insides of the stucco walls of these patios?
