Does removing patio light mean removing the light bulb or removing the whole fixture? If the latter it’s a fire hazard to leave bare wires around. In addition the patio lights in condos belong to the HOA and home owners and residents are not supposed to tear them apart. Please clarify what it means to remove patio lights. Thank you

Hi Xinmeng. Patio lights refers to string lights or hanging lights installed by the resident. It does not apply to the light fixtures on the building itself.
