NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

I just want to confirm that only employees from Accurate will be inside my home and no one from the Board or Property Management company.
Hey Jenna. Neighbors and other residents are not allowed into any home other than their own including board members or property managers.
Do you have to take the food out of the refrigerator and bag it and put it back in the freezer?
Will the termite gases kill bed bugs as well?
Yes, all items in the fridge and freezer must also be double bagged. The product used will also erradicate other pests.
Does Everything in the fridge and freezer need to be removed?
The video mentions that gas turn off service is provided by Accurate, but wondering if turn on service is also provided on the third day. The video also mentioned that nylofume bags will be provided, and was wondering if that’s true or not.
Hey Tiffany. The gas company is scheduled to turn your gas back on the day you are scheduled to return. They just need you to be home between 12pm and 6pm for you to provide interior access. Otherwise your gas supply will remain off. Nylofume bags will be delivered to your doorstep this coming weekend.
It says I’m Required to “vacate your garage for two nights, three days.” Am I vacating the entire dwelling or just the garage?
