3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

Unit 4A. I have a Subzero refrigerator with a compressor. Will you be turning it off and propping door open so seal isn’t ruined? Also, do I need to unplug all appliances, WiFi, TV’s etc?
Hi Judy. We will not prop any fridge doors open. However, any food items contained within must be removed or double bagged using only the Nylofume material we provide. There is no need to unplug any electronics.
I will turn off subzero refrigerator and water supply. I will reopen door according to manufacturer recommendations. Please do not close doors. I also own a manual slot machine that I will open the back and pullout change compartment. Online it suggest removing Leurig coffee maker. Do o need to open every cabinets and drawer 4”? How about suitcases? Do you need access to all windows?-J
Yes, the fumigators will need access to windows. Suitcases can stay as is assuming there are not edible items inside. Also, please do leave your cabinets and drawers ajar. The Keurig can stay as is.
do portable AC units need to be removed ? they are unplugged and stored when not in use.

We do not have any gas connections of gas appliances in our unit (4C at 420 Monterey Lane). Everything is electric. Do we still need to make an appointment with the gas company? (We are not sure if the building has any gas at all, but we definitely do not). Thank you.
Hi Moira. You do not need to contact the gas company. However, please be aware that the gas company may still arrive to verify for themselves if there are any gas lines associated to your building.
