  Hey Andre. We instruct crews to use shoe covers. But I also recommend leaving a supply on the floor right as you walk into the home along with a very obvious note with the request for them to be used.

  Hey Linda. Bags should have been delivered already. I’ll bring this up to admin and have them send some bags to your community ASAP. You can use any lockbox of your own choosing, but we do not provide those.

There are multiple places with contradictory information in both your youtube presentation and written notices FYI
The written notices says April 10 – 12 – 2 days BUT it also says three nights and 4 days on the notice.
The presentation initially talks about April 5th.
This is concerning and unprofessional.
