3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

Hi, if we leave our key in a lockbox, can we request to have the key and lockbox returned to the front door when they’re done with my house?
Hi Marina. We always return keys to the same lockbox we retrieved them from. That shouldn’t be an issue at all.
What is your working hours at the Irvine address? Is this your phone number 844-468-2687 extension 4527?
Hi Jackie. Our address is 13865 Alton Pkwy #110, Irvine. We are open from 9am to 4pm. Our extension is 1008.
I was told that if I pick up bags at Gardena I will be charged $30.00. I understand that we can receive one more bundle if we go and pick it up. Also, can I pick up more for a neighbor so they don’t need to drive? I have some neighbors that need a few more.

where is your LA address? Can I pick up bags there? I work in the LA area and that might be closer.

Do we need to double-bag chips and cereal if they are unopened in the original container? What about plastic bottles like dressings?
Hi Jason. chips and cereal must be removed or double-bagged even if new. Same with plastic containers.
What is your Irvine address to pick up more bags? I don’t see it on your site.

I don’t have an attic access door. I looked everywhere. Will this delay the fumigation?
Hi Andy. No it will not.
Two Questions: Can I bag my freezer food using your bags and place items back into my freezer?
Regarding outside storage closet on the second floor patio deck, does door need to be left unlocked?
Hi Hector. Yes, freezer food must be double bagged using only the Nylofume bags we provide then placed back in the freezer. To help us answer the question about your deck and storage closet, please send us a photo to fumigations@accuratetermtecontrol.com.
