3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.
4. Vacate Accordingly

During the townhall meeting, did you say we need to leave a window open in each room? Not sure if I heard that correctly. Thanks.
Hi Julia. You don’t have to, but doing so will help speed up the work in your home.
Can I water the plants that are outside the tent during the fumigation?
Hi Jessie. We would advise that you refrain from approaching the tents at any point during the fumigation even if only to water the plants.
I read that the bags were supposed to be distributed on July 17 – I have not yet received any bags. Today is the 21st, will they be here this week ?
Hi Robert. We are so sorry for the delay. We will have someone go out today in the afternoon to deliver bags.
1. Will the chemical used during fumigation harm LVP flooring?
2. I have a bunch of candles throughout the house. Do those need to be removed?
Hi Julia. The fumigant will not affect flooring of any kind. Candles can stay as is.
How do we cancel fumigation for our unit?
Hi Michael. If your home is scheduled for fumigation, you would have to talk to your board of directors.
What is our out of pocket cost for the fumigation?
Hi Julia. This would be a better question for your board of directors. We will not bill any homeowners directly.
Do we have to arrange for the gas to be turned off or does Accurate do that?
Hi Julia. We are coordinating with the gas company on your behalf. There’s no need for you to contact them.
