Do we need to submit a USPS Hold Mail request for those days?
Do we need to bag up our Coffee Pots?

    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Dani. Holding mail is up to you. It isn’t a requirement for fumigation. Coffee pots and other appliances do not need to be double bagged.

When will the 20 bags be delivered as will be going put of town for a few days. Worry abt theft. I assume in reality its only 10 “real” bags dince the smaller one goes inside the ourside larger bag??
Therefore, as discussed at the Webinar, Unit 103 Gail Kusudo, would like to pay for more 🎒 bags.
Just need to knw when they will be delivered. Ozzie said possibly Friday?

Are we suppose to leave our garage doors unlocked by pulling the inside cord as in an emergency power outage or just leave them slightly ajar so there is some ventilation. They can, of course can be accessed from inside each condo.

If a lock box is being used – will ACCURATE replace the lockbox with the key back inside when they are completely finished with the unit?

Why are bedding and pillows not affected by the chemicals – since they will be right next to the occupants face upon returning to their unit?

    1) How soon will it be safe to swim in the pool?

    2) Are all items in the refrigerator and freezer to be double bagged and then replaced back inside so the food doesn’t spoil?

These are new comments!!! Please reply. Thank you.

The pool will be ready for use as soon as you return home after the fumigation. Once fridge and freezer items have been double bagged, you can put them back in the fridge and freezer to keep cold.

Can plants be put on our patio , Balboa Town Homes

    • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Darryl. Patios will likely be covered as well. Best places for plants would be out by the pool of allowed by the HOA.

Can plants from patio be moved to walkway directly in front of patio?

        Reply
        • Ozzie Camacho

Hey Clodeth. The best place for place is in an uncovered parking spot. Walkways will have lots of foot traffic as well as material moving through the community.
