How do we get our lock box code to the gas company?

Hi Louis. You would have to call the gas company directly to provide them that information. We are not allowed to share access info with them on your behalf.

I’m an occupant, not an owner, and I would like to express concern and frustration. None of us were surveyed by the HOA to make sure everybody is prepared (financially and logistically) and ABLE to comply with the planned fumigation date. We (in unit #4) are going to be out of the country from October 3-17. We have a house sitter to care for our animals, and now ADDITIONALLY we have to figure out how to relocate our pets for a few days? Also, there are two residents (units 2 and 10) that are in convalescent homes. How are they expected to prepare their units? Another resident (unit 3) is only here from November to April…how is he supposed to prepare his unit?

If this planned date is still moving forward, I would like to know if our garage can be inspected in our presence, before we leave the country. We have a bike collection, dirt bikes, and a motorcycle, along with tools, *no automobile. We’ve already been burglarized and lost A LOT. We would like to make sure our garage is secure before we leave.

Hi Angie. We understand this fumigation comes as an inconvenience to many of the residents. We imagine that your board of directors did not make this decision lightly. Nonetheless, we are happy to assist all residents with preparing for the fumigation regardless of their particular situation. We unfortunately cannot have occupants present during inspections since they must be conducted by a licensed fumigator who has been background checked and certified by the state. We also invite residents to remove or relocate valuables as they see fit and to install WiFi cameras if they choose. Many residents find peace of mind knowing they will have a recorded record of what occurs in the home while they are away.
