3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

If we have plants on the patio, do they need to be removed? Can they be placed on the grass in front of my home?
Hey Talia. Yes, please remove plants from the grass area in front of your building.
Can we double bag plants and leave on the front patio and inside our closed garage?
We don’t recommend putting plants in plastic material. It will increase the chance of trapping gas and thus prolonging exposure to the fumigant.
Where are my bags? I have not received any at 12249

Where do I get the Nylofume bags from
Bags will be delivered to your doorstep about two weeks before the fumigation day.
Will any Nylofume bags be provided by the company or are we to source our own? And if we do have things that are bagged, where do you suggest is the best place to keep them if we cannot take it outside of the property?
Hi Jeannie. We will be dropping off Nylofume bags to your doorstep roughly 14 days before fumigation day. Once filled, bags can remain anywhere you prefer. Refrigerated items should be returned to the refrigerator once double bagged.
