I completed the form online on 6/10/26 for unit 225.

The park ocean HOA has not received the form. Could you please contact the HOA to update them? Thanks.

Are there negative effects for pregnant women

The effects to pregnant women are the same as for anyone else in the community. So long as everyone is following the guidelines as given, there should be no issue.

Will I be able to park my car in the garage on 7/10 after 8:00 AM? I need to go to work that day, but I was hoping I could bring my car over with all of my belongings afterward, around 5:00 PM.

Hey Jack. That should be fine. Please be mindful that there may still be a lot of activity around your building that day but the parking area should remain accessible.

Why does the storage space in the parking structure need to be unlocked if the fumigation will not be done inn that area? Is the forum submission above by the owner sufficient, need to be done by both or one or the other or by whom specifically?

Hey Leonard. To clarify, the storage space in the parking structure DOES NOT need to be unlocked. Form submission by the unit owner will suffice, but we still encourage tenants to submit it as well since tenants are the ones ultimately responsible for the unit’s preparation.
