3. Provide a spare key to your unit and leave all rooms accessible
NOTE: All keys are left in your unit with the door locked once we clear your unit. Be sure to have access to your unit other than the key you provide to avoid locking yourself out.

Hi, I didn’t get the bags delivered to my unit – 847 Valley. Are there more onsite that I can use?
Hi Sara. Bags were delivered to your doorstep on the 14th. They will likely be where you’d normally find package deliveries.
Fumigation Notice Form – the form on the website is not functioning. How can I submit it or can you please send it to me.

I am trying to fill out the form after watching the video but your website says:

I sent you an email with a screenshot. We receive the same error on our pc, our iphones, and a apple mac. It simply won’t allow us to open the form to complete or enter unit information, etc.

Will the courtyard area at the back of the house be fumigated? I have 3 large potted trees back there that will be difficult to move.
Hi Stacey. We do expect for the patios to also be covered. Large plants that are difficult to move may do better by over watering them before and after the fumigaiton. It is not a guarantee, but we’ve noticed that over watering helps them recover after a few weeks or months.
How/when do we get the nylofume bags for storing food?
Hi Callum. Nylofume bags are scheduled for delivery to occur this coming weekend.
1) Should I leave 1 window in each room open minimum of 3 inches?
2) We have a key code lock on our back patio gate. There are 2 closet doors on the back patio, these will not have to be nailed shut will they?
3) Do workers wear booties or remove shoes when entering our home?
Hi Emily. Leaving one window per room a minimum of 3 inches will help, but won’t be an issue if you don’t. The fumigators will open them as needed. The doors you mentioned will not need to be nailed since they don’t have direct access to the living space. The back patio gate will just have to remain unlocked. The workers do arrive with show covers, but we would also recommend leaving a small supply at your door with a large note saying “Please use show covers”. That way there won’t be much excuse for someone not to use them.
My building at Stevens Manor Solana Beach is being fumigated on August 28 – August 31, 2026. My question is this. Is the carport building which is not connected to the townhouses going to be tented and fumigated? I am asking this question because the carports have locked storage.
Hi Tricia. Thanks for the question. As of now the carports are not scheduled to be fumigated.
