Hi
Why has the fumigation been cancelled for our unit at 53 Centre court . We had made plans to be out of unit April 1-3 . Please let us know asap . Also when will it be rescheduled ? Thank you
Hi Lorin. We first want to acknowledge the inconvenience caused by postponing the fumigation. We sincerely appreciate the effort you and your neighbors put into preparing, and we are grateful for your patience and cooperation throughout this process.
Your Board’s decision to postpone was not made lightly. Based on the projected wind gusts, the fumigators advised that moving forward would create serious safety risks for crews working on the roof. Even if the tents had been installed on Wednesday, there was still a strong possibility that the wind could have caused them to lift or open before a proper treatment was completed. In that case, the fumigation may not have been successful and could have required a second treatment.
While we do not yet have updated dates, we are working closely with your Board of Directors and will provide as much advance notice as possible once the new schedule is confirmed. In the meantime, please know that we remain here to support you and help make the process as smooth as possible when we are able to move forward.
Thank you again for your understanding, flexibility, and cooperation. We truly appreciate it. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are always happy to help.
Please clarify whether we need to be present when the gas company restores gas service. The video said we did, and that we should be present between noon and 6 pm on the last day to give access, but all other information seems to indicate that we should not return until after 6 pm on the last day, and said nothing about needing to be present for gas company restoration.
Hi Diana. We are making sure the gas company has access while you are still away. Your return time is 6pm on the last day. The gas company will have restored service to your meter by the time you come home if everything in your gas lines pass the gas company’s safety inspections.
Hello,
There is a notice on our building for a unit that has not responded to accurate. There is also a final notice posted on the building. Will this unit delay the fumigation? We are in unit 36 Tennis Villas Dr.
Hey Rose. Your HOA is working diligently to bring all residents up to speed. Should anything need to be communicated to you, they will be sure to reach out directly.
How does/will weather affect the process (schedule).
Will we be notified of any changes? Rain? Does/will rain change the schedule?
Hi Karen. Yes, the fumigators are continuously monitoring weather reports to assess the viability of any upcoming fumigation. Should any schedule changes become necessary, we will be sure to inform you directly.
I have a letter from my primary doctor.I cannot leave my unit by my conditions.I have MS.
Hi Penelope. Thanks for pointing this out. We certainly want to be mindful of everyone’s situation and work with your board of directors wherever possible. Please provide that letter to your board of directors for review. We will work closely with them as they assess the matter.
Hi Ozzie. When I completed my online OFN a couple weeks ago I didn’t have a lockbox but one of my neighbors gave me their lockbox. I went online last night (2/9/26) and updated that a lockbox will be available including lockbox code. My fumigation is tomorrow (Wednesday 2/11/26). Please confirm that the fumigation contractors will have lockbox code for tomorrow. If not, I can certainly leave a key underneath the doormat.
Hey CL. We can’t find your unit address by your email alone, but there haven’t been access issues during today’s fumigation. You should be all set.
Hello. I just got a call from gas company. Will you provide the lockbox code to them so they can enter my unit. They said you need to communicate that. I tried to give the to them but they aren’t able to get that from me. They will be there 12noon-8pm. Thank you
Hi Jila. We do not share any codes with the gas company, but we are ensuring to have a representative on site to make sure the gas techs have proper access to restore your gas meter.
Ozzie,
How do I get a copy of the signed Disclosure and Compliance forms?
I do not see a PRINT button to provide a copy of the completed pages.
Thank you.
Hey Bruce. Please email us at fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com with your home address and we will respond with a copy of your signed form.
Where do I get the bags, how many do I get, do I leave a key under my door mat? Does the gas stay on during fumigation?
Hi Elizabeth. These questions, as well as many others, are all addressed in the video tutorial we created for you in your neighbors. You can view it in the link below. To answer your questions, 20 Nylofume bags will be delivered to your doorstep two weeks before the fumigation. There are three options for providing a spare described in detail in the video tutorial. The gas will be shut off by the gas company.

We would like to get a copy of your general liability insurance for our records. How do we acquire
a copy?
Hi Steve. Please send your request to fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com
Please confirm if these are safe – Plastic bottles of water or soda that are still factory sealed. Items are in the garage.
Do these need bagged?
Hi Steve. Items in the garage are okay to leave as is assuming they are not edible or consumable items. Factory sealed bottles of water and soda are also okay to leave as is.
Hello, how much are extra bags?
Hi Denise. Extra bags can be purchased at our office in Irvine with an appointment. The address is 13865 Alton Pkwy #110, Irvine. Payment can be made when you arrive. Exact cash is preferred. Our office hours are from 9am-4pm.
Will all windows and doors be locked after the clearance inspections? We do not live in the area and won’t be able to come lock up after the fumigation.
Hi Robin. One window per room will remain open a minimum of three inches per state regulations. You are welcome to to install dowels on the window frame to prevent the window from opening any further than three inches. We will be asking the fumigators to close all windows at the conclusion of the fumigation.
I have tried to send questions several times but not sure this is working. Please send us the tentative schedule of fumigations, which groups and who is in each group. I am only in Dana Point certain times because I work and if I need to change my schedule, I need more lead time
Hi Kirk. Tentative fumigation dates will depend on the building you live in. Please contact fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com with your unit address for further assistance.
I need tentative start dates for the various groups and which units are in each group. I am only in town certain dates and need more lead time for planning
Hi Kirk. Tentative fumigation dates will depend on the building you live in. Please contact fumigations@accuratetermitecontrol.com with your unit address for further assistance.
I am confused about the front door key issue for the upper units. We are leaving the key under the mat and our garage door opener on the kitchen counter. Ozzie said at the meeting this morning that after the preliminary inspection for the fumigation the key and the garage door opener will be put back on the kitchen counter?? How will our units then be locked? Again we are upstairs so you can’t run out as the garage door as you are leaving as upper units have no garage access. Please clarify. Thanks.
Hi Lucinda. Generally we us the thumb lock on your door knob to lock the door on our way out while leaving your key inside. If the door is deadbolt only, we will use the spare key you provide to lock the door from the outside and slide it through the threshold underneath the door.
I need to set up a safe inspection prior to my fumigation date of 2/25. I am in the 4th phase. How do I set this up?
Hi Deborah. Thanks for letting us know will respond in a direct email to coordinate with you.
Will the tent go over the entire lower unit patio? I have a potted tree that is in the corner by the wall separating our patio from the golf course and our neighbor’s patio. Does that need to be moved?
Hi Karen. Yes, we anticipate the tents covering the patios as the patio walls are made of wood underneath the stucco. If there are any plants you can remove, we recommend that you do so. Otherwise other watering those plants before and after the fumigation will help to minimize the damage they might sustain during fumigation.
When will the fumigation process begin?
Hi Mark. The first phase is starting on the 4th of February and the last will be done some time in March. Specific dates for each unit will be communicated to each condo once dates are confirmed.
How do I send all this information to my tenant?
Hi Kathleen. You can share this very same website with them. They will then be able to view the tutorial video as well as submit the required form for the unit.
We have a two heavy heavy trees, one indoor and one outdoor, that we will most likely just water, water, water rather than move. Question—will residue from the fumigation stay on the leaves? And if so, will the residue negatively affect the finches, orioles, sparrows and hummingbirds that like to land on the outdoor tree?
Hi Lucinda. No residue will remain on the foliage of any plants that get fumigated along with the building.
